DNG SDK. How do I get the developer version.

How do I obtain the latest DNG SDK?  The publicly available v1.7.1 is several years old.
I have been informed there is a more recent version/

I've never heard of a developer version, but the most recent one I know of is here:

I am referring to the SDK, not the converter.  The current DNG posted is old, I am told, and there is a new version. I want to export DNG from my app.

Previously we had a page at https://developer.adobe.com/camera-raw/ that directed you to get the Profiles SDK from https://developer.adobe.com/console/ - as far as I can tell the "Profiles SDK" is still available there (provided you log in with either a personal account or an Admin account and look in the Downloads section) but it's from 2018.

A few years ago the Camera Raw team requested I remove the https://developer.adobe.com/camera-raw/ page entirely... I think they stopped publicly supporting the SDK some time ago.

It is a tremendous disservice to discontinue support for an image format that you are actively using and is used by developers. 

I would urge you to reconsider abandoning the DNG SDK.

The version in the link you send is even older than the public one.
