I have created a form and a delivery (with the whitepaper hosted on our server), but I'm trying to figure out the best way to connect the two.
Here are my ideas:
1. Setup a subscription service for that specific whitepaper and when people submit the form it automates a confirmation message delivery that triggers with a link to the whitepaper.
2. Setup a workflow with an incremental query & a recurring delivery that looks for accounts that filled out the form (every 30 seconds) and sends the delivery to those who are new.
Am I on track for this or is there something else that I'm not considering? I want people to be able to fill out the form and get the link as many times as they want, but I want to be able to deliver it in near "real-time".
