This behavior has been reported in three cases:
- The analysis of the delivery was launched before setting the contact date.
- The date of contact has passed: The delivery will not be triggered.
- Corruption of XML of the delivery after a duplication / copy.
Duplication may give a wrong date in the XML of the delivery.
You will need to compare the “broadStartDate” with the “contact date” of the delivery.
