[v6] My delivery that was scheduled for a given date didn't work or was delivered on a different date/at a different time.


Level 10

This behavior has been reported in three cases:

  • The analysis of the delivery was launched before setting the contact date.
  • The date of contact has passed: The delivery will not be triggered. 
  • Corruption of XML of the delivery after a duplication / copy.  

Duplication may give a wrong date in the XML of the delivery.  
You will need to compare the “broadStartDate” with the “contact date” of the delivery.
