Tracking does not work,there is no tracking logs after delivery operations..



Hi all,

I am new on campaign side of Adobe Marketing Cloud,and now we are trying some cases on Neolane.I think that we are using demo edition of this tool,server is located at‌.I created delivery which includes facebook link and finished delivery operation as success and then I clicked that link on inbox of webmail which is located at Roundcube Webmail :: Welcome to Roundcube Webmail and display that email,but when I check tracking logs I can not see tracking information on tracking of delivery or tracking of recipient windows.How can I resolve this problem?

Hi Cagdas,

  1. If you put this in your browser what is the result you see ?
  2. Can you provide an example of a link in your email that you clicked? (so copy the url in the email itself)
  3. Tracking is updated to the trackingLogs every hour by a Technical workflow labelled tracking. Now you can run this manually at anytime to get it earlier. Did you try this?
