Tracking does not work,there is no tracking logs after delivery operations..

Hi all,

I am new on campaign side of Adobe Marketing Cloud,and now we are trying some cases on Neolane.I think that we are using demo edition of this tool,server is located at https://ac522.adobedemo.com‌.I created delivery which includes facebook link and finished delivery operation as success and then I clicked that link on inbox of webmail which is located at Roundcube Webmail :: Welcome to Roundcube Webmail and display that email,but when I check tracking logs I can not see tracking information on tracking of delivery or tracking of recipient windows.How can I resolve this problem?

Hi Cagdas,

  1. If you put this in your browser what is the result you see https://ac522.adobedemo.com/r/test ?
  2. Can you provide an example of a link in your email that you clicked? (so copy the url in the email itself)
  3. Tracking is updated to the trackingLogs every hour by a Technical workflow labelled tracking. Now you can run this manually at anytime to get it earlier. Did you try this?
