I'm a Campaign developer, currently working in an on-premise installation of ACC 7.0, and we have an integration set up with our client Active Directory for authentication.
Now, when we log in with a new user from AD the operator in ACC is created with the user login from AD as Name and Label, but no other information is added. Would it be possible to synchronize other information such as name, email and/or phone number from AD over LDAP as well?
I have tried searching the online documentation, but as always, to no success. And I've tried to find any information on either the LDAP connection settings or in the Operator schema, but did not find anything. Would be grateful for any help!
