Sync changes made to security groups in Admin Console

Avatar

Adobe documentation says:

"Note that any changes made to security groups on the admin console will be synchronized as soon as users log into Adobe Campaign."
Is there a way to kick off the synchronization on the back-end? ie, without the user logging in?
If I am adding multiple users, it would be helpful to log into ACS and verify that they've been added.

Unfortunately there is no such function available yet.

Group changes + additions are only added upon login of the respective user.

Thanks, do you know if there is an enhancement planned by Adobe for this?

The system behaves one hundred percent accurately, if you add users to the security group with proper naming convention to the group name etc, they will definitely be added and there isn't a need to verify if they are added, I believe.

I dont know of any enhancement.

You could just raise one via the admin console.

The only thing I do see a benefit on this:

  • Add a new user to a notification group (then they receive the mails without a login)
  • Remove users and prevent them getting notifications
