We have a hybrid implementation with the marketing server on premise using the Adobe Cloud Communications Server (Mid). We have had intermittent problems delivering emails to the mid, having batches rejected with an SSL error. The mid server configuration has been changed to increase the timeout but lately this has not been enough and failures have been escalated.
We are currently on v6.1 and are testing patch 8853 which addresses SSL errors during deliveries but testing shows that in some cases the failures just triggers increasing wait periods that make delivery execution times very long and make scheduling problematic. The patch does not seem to address the root cause. Are there any other measures we should be taking?
