Hi Priyanka,

The above request is being fired to RT1 instance of a customer.

As you said, you have whitelisted the IP address, can you confirm you got the whitelisting done with help from support, as customers and partners are not granted access to Adobe hosted Execution instances.

If the whitelisting was done on control, please get it done on execution as well.
