Updating Mutiple Schemas using Input Form

Hi All,

I have a requirement wherein I need to update the parent and child schema using the data fed by the Business User through the parent schema input form,

for eg. I have recipient and recipientPreference schema, I need to update the recipient preference schema using the data selected as part of the recipient input form.

Is it possible to update attributes belonging to multiple schemas using single input form.
