Images not showing in Chrome after update to 20.4

Avatar

Level 1

Hi,

We're having issues when using Adobe Campaign Standard in Google Chrome after the update to version 20.4. For some reason, no images are displayed in ACS, neither as a thumbnail for any programs/campaigns/email deliveries, or when editing an email delivery. When editing an email delivery, all the images appear as broken images, both in the Email Designer and in the legacy editor.

Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone who did experience this and managed to solve it? Happy for any help, 'cause this is really frustrating...

Hi Martina,

Please reach out to Campaign Support.  We've seen this reported a couple times in the past and typically Support needs to engage other internal teams to review your environment in order to get things squared away.

Thanks,

Craig

Can you check which resource domain is configured in Campaign?

Latest Chrome release changed the default setting for mixed content.

I.e. if your resource domain is HTTP, it won't show the data as ACS is served via a HTTPS url.

Recommendation would be in such case to assign a SSL certificate.

As a workaround, you can allow mixed content in Chrome temporarily for the ACS instance.
