Hello All,
I'm trying to add a feedback loop for the Direct Mail channel. I want to receive a list with profile's information to be added to quarantine.
What I'm not sure is what should be added in the "address" field of the quarantine. Direct mail broadlogs show the address as a concatenation of the address fields (Line 1 + Line 2 + Line 3 + Line 4 + Line 5 + Line 6).However, the quarantine doesn't work when I create a quarantine with that exact same format and try to contact myself.
This is how the broadlog looks:
This is how the quarantine looks:
How should I populate the address field for it to work?
Thanks and kind regards

Hi Jose,
The I'm not quite getting your use case as typically feedback loops are used for emails. As such, the "address" field in the quarantine field maps to the nms:recipient email(@address) field. For you to use this with direct mail you will likely need to extend the schema. I might even suggest configuring a custom field or unique table where these addresses can be housed, then create a custom workflow or typology rule to filter off anything present within that table.
Regards,
Craig
HI Craig, I'm asking because I assumed that quarantine can be used for Direct Mail as with all the other channels. The type field allows you to select a quarantine of DM, so I'm trying to make it work with the Out of the box table. Is this not possible?
