Delivery label associated to an unsubscription

Hi all,

I set an export of unsubscribers data, i.e. event date, first and last name, email, ...

In this export I would like to add a column that identifies the delivery in which the profile clicked on "unsubscribe" and then unsubscribed via landing page.

I tried a lot of different export but I'm not able to find a way to add this information. For example I added tracking logs to additional data in the query but this column is filled with the delivery of the first unsubscribe. It's not so common, but can happen that a profile unsubscribed, then subscribed and unsubscribed again.

Has anyone an idea to accomplish this purpouse?

I'm quite surprised that there is not an easy way to collect this information.

Thanks,
Livia

Are you querying only Address table for this?

You could try to enrich tracking logs and join based on email to find out how many entries you have for an email for unsub link clicks.

That will give you all the opt out/unsub links these people ever clicked.

Thanks!

Hi priyal.b,

I try to clarify. I don't want to know the list of the unsub links that a profile clicks because he can click and then not confirm in landing page.

I would like to export which is the exact delivery that caused unsbuscription, besides other personal information and subscription history (ex. date of unsubscription).
I hope that now it's more clear,
thanks
