Adobe editor not syncing with html editor?

I'm in the process of updating some of the email copy and was working on an email template updating some formatting and text in the editor as that is rather easier and it has all been saved. Seemed fine.

However, when I went into the html editor I was confused as the copy was the old text?

Are they not meant to be in sync?

Is it just me or is adobe campaign one of the worst buggy products ever?

Hi Calum,

 

I think in this case it makes the most sense to submit a ticket to Campaign Support so we can sit down with you and walk through the issue. As the same version of ACS is deployed across all customers I would expect to see numerous reports of this issue if it was a bug within the application but I am not seeing anything in my internal searches.

Thanks Craig, well I update my text in the main editor and save. Then I go to the html editor and the old copy is still there? Is it not WYSIWYG? Should they not be in sync? Otherwise I will have to use Dreamweaver for each and every little text change, every time, saving outside adobe and pasting in all the time, which I'm sure you'll agree is rather cumbersome?

yes, I would agree with Craig, I haven't seen this either.
