Queued events of the transactional message

Hello all,

I have a question according to transactional messaging publication process.

We can suspend publishing our transactional message by using the Pause button. The events are therefore no longer processed, but instead kept in a queue in the Adobe Campaign database.

Is it possible to delete one of the events from this queue? Or somehow to update the data?

Thank you in advance,

Hi @oleksandr_herhovskyi,

Once events reached transactional event there's no way to delete/update the payload data as it's coming via API.

Thanks, SK

Thanks, Sathees

Hi,

there s two ways to achieve your goals as there is no "unpublication" / "pause" process with Message Center

1- best solution:

filter out the eventType(s) that should not be process at the beginning

2- ugly solution:

create an eventType that is used by none of your templates (ex: "Fake"), assign this new eventType to all of the template that you want to "unpublish" and publish them:

All the upcoming events will fail as their eventType won't be able to find a template on the RT instance.
