Not able to send SMS delivery

Hi,

Not able to send SMS delivery. Followed all steps from document like:

  1. Activating the external account (NetSize mobile delivery)
  2. Creating the delivery template
  3. Then using that template, creating one delivery and send that. But getting below error in delivery log.

Hi Linda , In addition to Joydeep's post I want to add some more points.While configuring Mobile delivery I have selected external account as External Routing towards mobiles ,so how can I check for a provider account to send sms directly? Actually There is a service provider folder under campaign mangement under which I am having Mobile messengers folder and in that Fulfilment Mobile and Outbound Calling two services are configured.In fulfilment Mobile service I can see some Cost categories Cost structure folders. Are you talking about same provider account?

Thanks for your reply. As suggested in the doc, https://support.neolane.net/doc/AC6.1/en/DLV_Creating_deliveries_Mobile_channels.html.

But nothing regarding login/password is mentioned in doc. However, in OTA tab, some account/password is there. These are the same thing your are referring to?

This is for your Netsize or other SMS provider. You have to actually have a provider account in order to send SMS directly with Adobe Campaign.
