Hi Linda , In addition to Joydeep's post I want to add some more points.While configuring Mobile delivery I have selected external account as External Routing towards mobiles ,so how can I check for a provider account to send sms directly? Actually There is a service provider folder under campaign mangement under which I am having Mobile messengers folder and in that Fulfilment Mobile and Outbound Calling two services are configured.In fulfilment Mobile service I can see some Cost categories Cost structure folders. Are you talking about same provider account?
