Integration between Experience Cloud Triggers and Campaign Triggers not working 100%

Hey guys, I am trying to work with triggers in order to send emails from Adobe Campaign based on some user action. I have followed this article Optimize Email Marketing using Adobe Experience Cloud and the trigger is beeing correctly triggered on analytics but It fails to resolve the alias on adobe campaign even though I have already made all the steps.

One thing that I know can be affecting the solution is the my site's domain is not the same as the campaign email domain.

If someone has some experience in the solution and could help me please contact me even personally on my email aquilavasconcelos also if someone has some tips on how to correct the problem with the host.

list of steps that I already made:

a: implemented solution to experience cloud ID for both visitor id and declared ID.

b: created customer attributes based on both variables from item a.

c: created the trigger on experience cloud based on the action I want.

d: created the trigger on Adobe campaign based on the trigger from item c.

e: created the shared data sources based on item b on adobe campaign.
