Inbound SMS not working

Dear All,

Recently we have updated our build version to 8853 and we got the connector option "Extended generic  SMPP" in the SMS module. We are able to send SMS successfully out from AC , but the reply to the SMS to capture the Opt Outs are not working. We could not see any entry in the inSMS schema also we could see  some errors in the SMS Process.

Can Any one throw some light on this ?

Hi,

The Extented SMPP Connector is documented here: Mobile channel

It introduced some changes compared to older builds so you may want to have a look at it to spot what needs to be changed.

If you still run into this issue after that, please have it checked by our support team.
