#Understanding Access Management In Adobe Campaign

Access Management allows us to restrict the access to data, folders, certain records or any part of the client console to only a selected users/user groups. It is found under Administration -.> Access Management. There are Operators, Operator Groups and Named Rights. Named rights are used to provide access to certain Functionalities of campaign. Operators and Operator Groups have the named rights assigned to them. Using Access Management, one can configure the instance in a way that only authorized operators can edit, delete, view, run the workflows, folders.

To learn more about creating operators, operator Groups etc., refer here.
