How integrate 3rd party server with Adobe Campaign ( without AEM)?

Hi,

I want to integrate 3rd party server with Adobe Campaign ( without AEM).

I have a requirement to send a SOAP request to adobe campaign and execute the workflow created in the Adobe Campaign based on the SOAP request.

Can any one help me in this scenario?
