Filter unsubscriptions and blacklists

Hi ,

I have a csv file of 25k records given by my customer.I need to list them the unsubscribers & blacklists .List has following fields

Email ,Account Name, First Name, Last Name, Therapies, Contact Source, Contact Type.

Please help me with a recommended logic to achieve this.

So you have these fields in the file, and in you Campaign database you have the blacklist and unsubscription information?
