Hi Thomas,

In the past when we've seen this it's because we have needed to whitelist the 3rd party API vendor that is being used.  So I'd recommend using the Control Panel to do the whitelisting of the vendor IP or if whitelisting through the CP isn't an option submitting a ticket to Campaign Support for the Ops team to whitelist.
