Experience Fragments

I learnt about Experience Fragments at the Adobe Summit in London recently.

I was wondering if EF can be used in Adobe Campaign email templates as well.

Can someone advise on this please?

Thanks!

Hi Louis,

Please refer to following documentation link for adding using Fragments in ACS: Adobe Campaign Help | Adding fragments and content components

Also, for more details regd. Creative Designer, you can refer to following documentation link: https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/standard/designing/using/about-the-creative-designer.html

Adobe Campaign Help | About the Creative Designer

Deepika, Experience Fragments are part of Adobe Experience Manager and seem to be different from the new feature in Campaign called Fragments. AEM also has something called Content Fragments which lives in Assets.

It would be nice if AEM let us create an experience fragment using an email experience fragment template and then be able to use that EF with Campaign. It would also be nice if the content fragments stored in Assets were interchangeable with the Campaign fragments. I don't think either of those AEM features are available in the new Campaign creative designer, but it would help if Adobe could explicitly tell us if they can work together.

Hi Louis,

I have checked with my peers in Campaign and AEM, and it seems this functionality is not available right now.

Currently, we cannot synch Experience Fragments in AEM with Campaign.

Please keep a watch on AEM and Campaign Release notes, for release of any such functionality in future

Thanks,

Deepika
