Exclusion of different document type

Avatar

Former Community Member

Hi,

i need to exclude different document type (exclude program from recipient). I made a query on recipient and a query on program but when i exclude the last one from the first with Exclusion type "Change axis" it returns an error: The document types of inbound events ('nms:recipients' and 'nms:program>') are incompatible (step 'Exclusion'). Unable to perform the operation".

Anyone know if there is a different way to exclude different document types?

Thanks,

Elis

Hello Elis,

You need use a change dimension activity to change a particular dimension to another one or use a reconciliation criteria between the shared columns of the two schemas.

Excluding records directly from two different schemas is not feasible.
