Hi ,

I am calling signal from Web service and passing the variable in post event method. and directly after signal i am putting a update activity to insert or update records in recipient schema. But am getting below error. However i tried to print the variable through loginfo which is working fine. But update is failing.

"event from external signal code does not contain a population"

Hi Nadeem,

I believe that the external signal by default only activates its outbound transition (without population). Can you share the detail of your signal to check if there might be something missing or to do differently?

Hi Nadeem , What exactly did you select as selection criteria in query? I am facing the same problem, where i need to update a custom resource with the values passed through external signal.
