Error Message from logs during Email Delivery

Hello,

I'm running a workflow where I'm sending an email based on Country Code. When trying to deploy the email fails and I get this message in the log:

Cannot find the '/@00g2yx6pKdp653PtiZm6SjpMc7IWxY5g09WeCjX4Dl8pVIQ7NdPFxAXys_uZ61J4XbUArr7neWDFX1QCmdF0jUt2uD0' resource in the '' version API.

I'm not sure what this message means. Sort of has me thinking that when publishing an element update to a data schema, the 'Update the Profiles & Services API' was not done.

Please advise.

Hello Holmes,

You are correct, typically when we see this error it's due to the changes not being published to the API.  That is what I would suggest next.

Based on your description it sounds like you know where to go, but for good measure here is the documentation for publishing the changes:

Adobe Campaign Help | Step 2: Publish the extension

Craig
