I have a workflow which is designed to pick files from SFTP location in every 1 hour.
Sometimes it doesn't picks the file and throws error (see screenshot) and picks up later after 2-3 hours.
Is the file always present on the server and the server always available? Is the SFTP server used in other workflows executed at the same time?
Did you notice a "pattern" when this occurs?

I have the same error with reading the files from SFTP server.
Tried the URL mode (thinking no need to configure external account for SFTP) to read the files and it did not work. Error below.
Also, tried to configure an external account for the SFTP server and tried the same process as below and got the same error. Please help.
If this error is present but not always occurring (as mentioned in you first post), I'd recommend to have your configuration checked by Campaign's support team.
