Whom does all these approval requests via mail go to?
I see, to one of our customer even if no operators are chosen as shown below, mails are going to the team lead seeking approval. Why is this so?
Can anyone share the related Adobe document?
you have not selected any reviewer for your delivery, so they will be sent to a delivery supervisor or campaign supervisor if that is empty then admin will receive this.
You need to select a group or a single operator for this to work.

Really thanks for your reply. But I could not find where the delivery/campaign supervisor is configured. Can you help.
