Disregard Default Typology Rules

Is there a way to remove the blacklist check on a delivery send?  We have a specific list that was pre-loaded into the blacklist. These are not bad email addresses and should be removed from the blacklist and put into an exclusion schema but we need to build the technical workflows.

Hi Karyn,

You can disable the blacklisting check from a delivery by clicking on "To" from the delivery editor and then by going to exclusion and uncheck the box for removing blacklists as shown below.

Hi,

Whatever is the cost to update this flag will be far less than the price if someone files a lawsuit that they received this email and they didn't  gave marketing consent or unsubscribed from the communication. If you are not storing correct data, then you will not have a way to identify when and how they unsubscribed in future. Do not change the typology rule as it's there to ensure you comply with privacy laws like GDP or CAN-SPAM.

Thank You. We do understand. We are not changing the typology rules. We

have a separate preference center that manages the Opt Outs by brand which

these records are run through. Our company has multiple brands of which

recipients can choose to receive or not receive emails from each individual

brand.
