Delivery Duplicate error

I have one question about Adobe campaign classic.

We send LMS message by Generic-SMPP Protocol.

When we try to send message, sometimes some error has occured in mta@custom-instance.

I've experienced similar error in another project.

Due to two marketing application server have stat and mta service each.

But this project configured one marketing application server.

So I think it is different.

Please let me know how to solve this error or tell me your  similar experience.
