The delivery rate is very low, for the reason being email addresses are quarantined.But when I actually look into any of the recipient record, I don't see any "No longer contact" checked. Can you please help? What could be the reason?
Quarantine records are present under Non deliverables and bounce management section. You can locate it here
Search for the email address or the mobile number and you will be able to understand why the address is in quarantine.
