Database Cache?

Avatar

Level 2

Recently we have had a few issue where our Datawarehouse team has claimed updated values in the tables however I am not seeing the same values in Adobe Campaign. Is there any kind of caching or setting that might cause these kinds of synchronization issues?

Hi dboat

There is no explicit synchronization process which runs between the application and database server. Ideally whatever is updated at database level should be visible within the Application Server as well.

Which Schema is being checked here, as in which specific table is reflecting this discrepancy.

A custom table that manages content priority.

This will have to be sorted from your side only, maybe a synchronization task/job which is designed to update data from database to application server and is not working fine.

By default, there shouldn't be any discrepancy between database server and application server.

Hoping by now the issue must have already been sorted
