Data mapping in profile schema related to SMS - Sinch Integration

Hello,

 

We are planning to use Sinch as our SMS provider. How do we connect Sinch to profile schema? Should it be via phone number field in profile schema?

Hi Sarim,

You need to extend the profile schema to add your own columns for the unique and then same can be used during the workflow execution to filter out and send the communication.

 

But before you should have the SMS channel enabled and configure an extrenal account for SMS .
