Configuring Shared Audience for Triggers

Avatar

Level 2

hi everybody,

we already defined Adobe Expierence Cloud Triggers, however the audiences haven't been synced.

We want to stick to the Visitor ID service (not Declared ID). In Adobe Launch the data elements ECID and AdobeMarketingCloudVisitorID seem to be set-up correctly.

So the config of Shared Audience in ACS throws an error:

The config of the shared data source looks as follows (there is no other source listed)

What do I need to select as data source and which steps need to be performed before?

Thanks, Thomas

Hi Tommy,

A reminder that Visitor ID date source in Campaign works on the Tracking Logs level to reconcile with Profile, meaning a profile you would have clicked on a link in the email

Also, did you make the request to be provisionned for Shared Audiences for your instances? Reason being that two S3 buckets are created as part of the shared audiences provisionning and you will be provided with the credentials to connect to these buckets via external account

Finally and not least, it can take up to 72 hours for the shared audiences to be made available in Campaign,

Hope this helps,

Thanks a lot

hi Denis, thanks for pointing that out. We already performed the step of https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/integrating-with-adobe-cloud/working....

This was already some weeks ago, not recently.

And we see both "External accounts" in our list.

Is there any other critical point, which can lead to our issue?

Thanks, Thomas
