Hello,

I'm trying to add the "tagid" parameter to my tracked links, using this guide: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC6.1/en/CFG_Setting_up_web_tracking_Creating_web_tracking_tags....

I'm aiming to the "On-the-fly creation" for setting up the "tagid" addition. For understanding how it works, I've tried to use the exact same addition to my link - ?tagid=home%7Ct%7CMyFolder, but the tracked link appears on my email without the "tagid" addition.

for example, I was expecting to see my tracked link from the email like http://myserver.adobe.com/r/a?tagid=home or something similar, but it comes out like http://myserver.adobe.com/r/a without the parameter addition.

Any idea why? Am I missing something?

Thanks!

Tom

Hello Tom,

I'll make sure documentation about that is correct. In the meantime, can you checked that the actual values you used exists in your instance and that the URL parameter is properly encoded?

Thanks,

Florent
