Hi @SatheeskannaK Is this the same case for Transactional messages in ACS. Can we use Test profile as kind of CC feature in email to make sure the customer is receiving the email?
To be more clear on my question, we have a case where business wants to send the customer an immediate offer through the customer service center when there are issues. In this case while Customer is in call with Customer service team, they will be receiving an offer with the help of triggered events. So here customer service team also wants to receive the same email (CarbonCopy) for the confirmation. Can we leverage the test profiles option here.
