ACS - Send communications to email addresses that are not in the default field

Hi all,

does anyone know if it is possible to send communications to email addresses that are not present in the default mail field but in a custom field?

    Hi Elisabetta,

     

    It may be possible but can you explain the use case around why you would not want to use the email address field?

    For example, I have a secondary table containing the records of the active stores for a particular brand with their respective email addresses. I would therefore like to be able to send communications to them. In the profile table, in the default Email field I have only customer emails.
