[AC6.1.1] Stats for Forwards and deletion without open.

Hi there,

Hoping someone can help.

Has anyone been able to pull the following stats from Campaign.

- Forwards (rec has forwarded email to another email address)

- Deletion without open (i.e. rec has deleted the email before opening)
