AAM counts not reflect in ACS Audience Lists

Dear Team,

We are trying to investigate on why the Audience counts still shows Zero "0" in ACS.

Initial Setup

1) We have created the segments from Adobe Audience Manager and shared those segments via Destination folder to Adobe Campaign Data sources

2) Once the segment shared from AAM after 48 hours we had configured those shared segment to ACS by mapping with Marketing Cloud ID.

3) We are waited almost 4 days to see the counts from ACS-Audinece List for that particular segments, its seems to be the counts looks like Zero "0" only.

Analysis

1) We are not shared more than 20 million unique visitors from those individual segments.

2) We are able to see the current size counts for those shared segment Ids from AAM in ACS "Search with Audience" section.

3) Other existing segments are updating the counts instantly as per the shared ACS import workflow job update on a daily basis.

Could you please help us to understand any other things to verify what went wrong for those segments.
