There is no option to temporarily disable a typology rule, either in the definition of the typology rule itself or in the list of typology rules in a typology. It would be useful to be able to temporarily disable a typology rule to test scenarios or to remove restrictions on an ad hoc basis, such as ...

Is there a notification process available in ACS Email Designer to alert the users on who else is in Edit mode if multiple users are editing the same Email content at the same time in the HTML Editor? In that case the user can contact the other users to avoid overriding each other's change.

It is possible to define additional search/filter fields for Profiles by adding them to the Filter Zone Composition in the Profile custom resource. These are useful because they enable you to find Profiles based on several fields, such as e-mail address, name, and alternate ID.When testing a Landing...

When using the Email Designer in ACS, editing the preheader is a rather unintuitive task. Clicking 'just the right spot' between whatever structures you have in an email and the menu to the right to make the preheader field appear can be pretty tedious - especially since many of my colleagues use MS...

It could be helpful for key users to be able to "tag" profiles with one or more tags - arbitrary strings - that could then be used for building audiences and populating queries. This would enable those users to collect the audiences they need without having our IT group add more fields to the Profil...

There should be a way to filter the dimensions column in ACS reports, much like we can do in Analytics. Right now, our delivery report includes our proofs, and there is no way to filter them out.

Every ESP I have worked with has some mechanism for tracking how an email click converts on a client website into a sale, such as placing the ESP's pixel on an order confirmation webpage. For example, all retailers need to know how email campaigns drive conversion rate, orders, linked sales, average...

When viewing the "hot click" report for a campaign, you can see the creative with the % of clicks overlaid. I would like to be able to export this "hot click map" (aka heat map" into a JPEG or PDF so I can share it with others, paste into a PPT, etc. The only way I can do so now is if I print my scr...
