Unable to save delivery template

Hi All,

web@default services, when we re-start the memory usage will be 250MB

But after 2 to 3 hours the memory usage will be more than 1gb like 1.5GB and 1.6GB.

In client console we will be uunable to create or save any campaigns or delivery template.

Hi @sachincs1991 ,

Please check the web@default logs of the app server. Higher memory consumption could be due to a repetitive task that the web module is doing. This generally happens post a continuous retry after an error. Still, 1.5GB web memory consumption is not that alarming. We have seen systems working fine with that kind of consumption.

Linux:

/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/default/log/ > In this directory you will find a file named web.log

On Windows its in the following path:

<Installation Directory>\var\default\log\web.log

There are few errors in the logs but I don't believe that these errors are the reason for the issue that you are facing.

Do you get any error when you try to save the template? Or it just crashes? If you get any error, can you share the error screenshot?

Hi @Shivam_Singh ,

1- It is not happening across ALL workflows but it does appear to be happening in multiple workflows and deliveries. It may be tied to the recurring delivery or a recurring delivery template.

2- The issue was identified this evening

3- Multiple users see the same issue when attempting to save similar deliveries / templates.

4- Not Yet 5- Open the workflow > Add a recurring delivery > Select Delivery Template (External Routing Templates). Attempt to save and it says Operation in progress, please wait > receive error message w/ time out.

Please ask the DBA to bounce the database if possible and restart the Adobe services. Hope that will help clean this inconsistency . Having errors in Database cleanup logs is not a good thing.
