How to move people in a List to recipients?

Hi there,

whenever I upload a csv file of person data, it goes straight into a list or creates a new list. I need to have my uploaded persons appaer in recipients as well (which they currently aren't). Is there any way to move people from a list to a group? I have read all the online materials about uploading recipients into campaign and nothing seems to work. Please note that the people are currently stored as a list and not as a group.

In order to have a list created and upload them to the recipient schema as well, Create a workflow with Data loading Activity to upload the file , followed by update data activity to upload the recipients into nms:recipient schema followed by an list update activity to create a list of the same.
