Someone help me on how to use buttons in email delivery & to store the response as per the button clicked.
Example Scenario
I want to use two buttons "Correct" & "Update" in the delivery template, After the email is delivered If the recipient click on Correct button the response has to store in a table with the email of the individual who clicked the correct button in one column & response as correct in another column of the table.
If the recipient clicks on the "Update" button it has to redirect to a page where they can be able to write their update comments & even it has to store in another column of the same table.
