Hey Arthur, can you share what are the options to move to the cloud for hybrid customers?

Hi Carlos, our Hybrid customers have the option to move to Managed Cloud Services. This is a migration process that can be done by Adobe Consulting and/or certified partner.  We will identify the data, workflows, customizations that you want to move into your new Managed Cloud environment. We will allow a double run, existing Hybrid environment and new Managed Cloud Services platform for a smooth transition.

Thank you for your answer, @ArthurLacroix!
Wow! Well, this surely sounds promising. But then, how will it affect my total cost of ownership?

Traditional enterprise software always have a start-up cost consisting of set-up, configuration and implementation of the application. Following start-up costs, ongoing costs include IT capacity needed to ensure regular maintenance, upgrade the application to its latest version, and evolve the application as per changing business requirements. In addition, if your application is hosted on a 3rd party cloud or on-premise, there are added costs for infrastructure, storage or network... Let's chat further to go over your current set-up and we can go over all yoru current costs. Now, Managed Cloud Services offers a set of services to help you send faster your first experience to your customer and set you up for success in the long run. We managed onboarding with a series of meetings that set customer expectations about when, where, and how key aspects of the service will be delivered. We complete and review go-live checklist. Provide coordinated go live support. Set-up and warm up your Ips. Proactively monitor the platform post go-live. We have an ongoing transition event management program to coordinate with you and provide timing, comms, and guidance for key events such as the launch of new product and services or various activities (depending on your industry) and if necessary, we performance tuning events. On a monthly basis with the enterprise offering you will also meet with our Adobe experts for platform health-check, capacity review, best practices guidance, and continuous service improvement recommendations. And since we create and maintain a runbooks, we can proactively support you based on your need and target you want to achieve.

If you are using multiple solutions to run your campaigns, by standardizing everything on Adobe Campaign in addition to the Managed Cloud Services (versus point solutions) this is where you will see the maximum TCO saving!
