Workflow to kickoff another workflow

I am wondering if I have a workflow used to deploy an email campaign, that once that workflow is complete in its deployment, I can use an outbound transition on said delivery node to kickoff a separate workflow that will then deploy another email?

External Signal activity is used in the scenarios when you have a dependency of one workflow on the other. Or the execution & completion of the first workflow acts as a trigger for the second one.
