WKF-560038 Error in delivery

Dear all,

We have encountered an error with the code WKF-560038 in one of the mail campaign deliveries. 

The error message says that when executing the Delivery ID, error has occurred, and it is asked to refer to the log of the email delivery.

However no error message is shown in the log. 
The Delivery ID is an auto-generated number with 8 digits.

 

Does anyone have idea what this error mean?

Hi Roxie,

It's a code for a common error when performing action '%s' on delivery '%s' (of primary key %ld). Please refer to the log of this delivery for more information (object associated with the workflow task).

 

You need to find your delivery (in the deliveries folder), go to audit tab and see what is exactly causing the error. You should have more details there than in the workflow logs.
