Web Tracking on Multiple Domains

Can I have Web tracking tags on muliple domains? 

 

I need to set up Web Tracking with Transactional data on a 2nd domain. I have set up the Web tracking tags, and deployed these using GTM. 

 

During my testing I have found that the Tracking logs are only showing for one of my test recipients. The other recipients tracking logs are not coming through for the tags. Through, there is no issue with them showing on first domain, so I know the profiles are fine. Do I need to add the second domain with the Tracking configuration? I have not change the the External URL.

I was hopeful someone would be able to point me in the right direction with this?
