V7 , 9346 build is having various problems

I have upgraded the Adobe from 9187 to 9346 and facing verious issues including overall slowness for workflow and Deliveribility. 

 

1. Heatmap not working 

2. Workflow with test activity having no data running so slow that you can actually see its blinking for long time vs in 9187 build , its superb quick. 

3. Webapp are having issues on uploadfile.js 

 

All in all 9346 is not solution,. 

 

Anyone else facing same problems ? How to fix it ?

Upgrade to 9346 issues and Resolution:-

Issue:

Unable to send emails post 9346 Mid upgrade.

 

Root Cause:

There is little known bug in the upgrade script that deletes the DmRendering_cuid value during the upgrade.

The CCUID is the unique identifier for the instance. That config is used in the IP binding configuration names in Momentum, so it has to be correct on the instance or Momentum won’t know which IP group to use for a given message

This is issue was not caught immediately after the upgrade because it is a new issue that was identified recently when upgrading other customers as well.

This was addressed when we rolled back the upgrade because the value was added back with the backup that was taken before the upgrade.

We did not experience this issue when we upgraded Stage because the instance does not run on Momentum.

 

Fix:

Before the upgrade, Adobe will copy the value of the DmRendering_cuid and add it back to the instance post-upgrade.

before upgrading/migrating, you should first check the deprecated/removed features.

you can try to rollback to the previous build if it's not been a long time you did the upgrade.

 

Next time please request from your TAM or Support the ACC Release Notes to vXXXX (see below screenshot).

It will help you to measure the risk to your business before upgrading.
