Is there any documentation on how to use an Emoji in an ACC push notification?!  Would you just use the Emoji Unicode where you would want the Emoji to be at in the text?!

thanks in advance.

Hi,

Yep, just paste in the emoji. Will work fine if your instance was installed with unicode option.

If not, Adobe has a guide to fix: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/monitoring-campaign-classic/updating-adobe-campaign/switching-to-unicode.html

Thanks,

-Jon

Ok thanks we tried pasting in the Emoji Unicode and it didn’t convert it. But we didn’t try just pasting in the actual Emoji. If the Unicode didn’t work do you think that means we don’t have the Unicode option installed?!
