Please help me to understand when we get this error

URL-140005 : Unable to decode URLs of schema '%s'. Not implemented.

 

and also how can we fix the same

    I have the same error after upgrading the campaign console to the latest build 7.3.2 9356. I can login into my console still but am curious if this error message is impacting anything?
