Upload file using webapp to public resources

Hi,

I am trying the upload the excel file using AC web app to public resources.

I have followed the script that is written in the following link How to Upload a file using Webapp Adobe Campaign?

The data is inserted into xtk:fileres and I found my record in the public resources but the actually file is not being uploaded to server. How do I solve this? There is no solution for that in the above link as well.

Can anybody give me the solution for the above question? Appreciate if anyone can provide me the proper documentation for this job.
